15-Year Reunion Dates: October 21 & 22, 2005

I just wanted to provide a little more detail about the upcoming class reunion, and keep everyone in the loop.
Rooms: You do not need to make your own hotel reservations. When you return your RSVP information this summer, the Alumni Association will handle booking rooms. They have a block of rooms reserved for us at the ‘new’ Best Western, which is behind what used to be Golden Corral. In case of overflow, there is another newer hotel across the street. I was able to get the backup hotel nearby so we could get together easily for hanging out after hours.
Friday 21 October – Golf in the morning, and a barbeque at the McKethan Park pavilion in the evening. We’re working out music right now.
Saturday 22 October – Pictures/Parade/Football Game during the day, and dinner at Moody Hall in the evening with music and continued merriment.
I know a number of folks will be arriving on Thursday. Based upon how many we have, we’ll try to make a group reservation at a restaurant in town so it’s easy to get everyone together. We’re evaluating the cost of providing busses to both evening events so we can keep folks off the roads.

Keep an eye on your mail for a reunion information packet with RSVP forms in the coming months. If you have any suggestions, please don’t hesitate to touch base. I’m looking to make this a great weekend for us all to reconnect!
