Basically with the addition of our 3rd child it is pretty much changing diapers and taking the other two to some event or practice. They have been fun and I would not change it for the world. I recently took a position at Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia as the Director of Student Health. It has been fun being back on a college campus and working with the sports teams. The schedule is much better than the Emergency Department. It is nice being home for dinner every night and having to work out on a daily basis.
